Year Warranty on Remanufactured
Unisys WinPath Terminals
Only Vecmar gives you a Three Year Warranty on all Remanufactured
Unisys WinPath's and new Unisys WniPath purchases. We pay
shipping to us and back to your location. Warranty is non-transferable
and valid on Remanufactured Unisys WinPaths purchased on or after November
15, 2001.
Remanufactured Unisys WinPath Terminal
Warranty Description:
All Remanufactured Unisys WinPath terminals purchased from Vecmar Computer
Solutions are covered by a three year warranty. This warrants that all
hardware included in each Unisys WinPath Terminal will be free of defects
in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of shipment
by Vecmar Computer Solutions. Warranty returns must be handled according
to the Unisys WinPath Terminal Warranty Procedures listed below.
New
(not Remanufactured) Unisys WinPath Terminal Warranty:
All new Unisys WinPath terminals purchased from Vecmar carry the manufacturer's
warranty of three years as long as you fill out the registration card
included in the box and send it to Wyse.

Procedures for all Unisys WinPath terminals:
In the event of a defective Unisys WinPath Terminal within the three year
warranty timeframe, please follow these simple steps to insure proper
handling of your warranty claim.
- Call Vecmar for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
(RA) number. This is crucial because it is impossible for us to identify
your return without it. Equipment returned without prior return authorization
will not be covered under warranty. Be sure to reference the VECMAR
SERIAL NUMBER (VSN) of the Unisys WinPath Terminal when calling
for an RA number. The VSN number is printed on a bar code label, which
is located on the underside of the monitor.
- Ship the defective Unisys WinPath Terminal
to Vecmar and be sure to include the RA number assigned at time of warranty
call. Defective Unisys WinPath terminals should be shipped via UPS.
Vecmar Computer Solutions will issue a credit to your account for the
shipping charges as long as the claim is made within the three year
warranty period. Shipping credits will be at UPS Ground rates only.
- Once we have received the Unisys WinPath
terminal, we will inspect it to confirm that it is not functioning properly
and either replace it or repair it. Our policy on warranted Unisys WinPath
terminals is to replace them with a Remanufactured Unisys WinPath Terminal
from our inventory. Vecmar Computer Solutions will pay for the return
shipping of warranted Unisys WinPath terminals.
