New and Improved! Online Purchasing at Vecmar.com

We recently launched our new shopping cart system, which is not only more efficient in placing your equipment order, but includes some important new features! We hope that it will be easier than before for you to satisfy your computer hardware needs.

The new system means that your order will be processed more quickly than ever before. The website is hosted on a secure server and security is verified by a Verisign SSL certificate.

Exciting new improvements include:

Multiple Users: Set up a single account with multiple usernames and passwords, so that multiple staff members or purchasing agents can order product online.

Store Multiple Shipping Addresses: You can enter and store as many different shipping addresses as you need. Just select the appropriate address at the time of your order.

Online Order Tracking: Login to your account and see your entire account history including order numbers, purchase order numbers and shipment tracking information. The history can be viewed by username or by entire account.

You will notice that almost all of our products now have an "add to cart" button next to them. Once you have located the products you need, go ahead and add them to your cart! You can then proceed to purchasing in just a few easy steps.

Get set up.

Call us at 1-800-457-8499 and we will be happy to set you up with a username and password connected to your existing Vecmar account. Once you get your username and password, you can add users, shipping addresses and payment methods, change your passwords, and go shopping! You can access your account information at any time just by clicking "My Account" at the top of every page on the Vecmar Website.

New customers.

If you would rather do it yourself than over the phone, you can set up your own shopping account right online. Just go to the "My Account" link at the top of our website (if you have already started shopping, you will be directed there automatically when you select the "Checkout" button in your cart). On the right, select the "Create Account" link under "New Customers". You will be asked for your company information, set up your username and password, payment information and shipping addresses. You can enter and store as many different shipping addresses and payment methods as you like.

It's that easy!

Login with your user name and password. If you login before you shop, you will be taken to My Account, showing you your purchasing history and order status. If you have placed items in your shopping cart, you will be taken directly to the "Checkout" page (shown below), where you will need to check the following items before processing your order:

Step 1 - Review your order and make sure you have the desired Shipping Address selected. You can change or add shipping addresses by clicking the "Change Address" button.

Step 2 - Review and confirm your payment method. You can change your payment method, or add a new one by clicking the "Change Payment" button. After reviewing your payment method, add any additional info you want to, including notes. Please note: If you are making a purchase on your existing Vecmar account, you must include a purchase order number to process your order. If the order is being charged to a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, this purchase order number is optional.

Step 3 - Review and select your preferred Shipping Method, such as Ground, Second Day or Next Day and click the "Update" button to save.

Step 4 - If everything looks good, click on the "Process Order" button. When your order is processed successfully, you will immediately be directed to a confirmation page, with your order number and summary. You will also receive a receipt via email, containing this same information.
